Subscriptions
The information below explains how our subscription program works:
- Each subscription has a one-time annual setup charge. This fee is non-refundable.
- Every mix of your subscription product will continue to ship as long as your subscription is active and payment can be made/cancelled by you.
- When your case is coming, we’ll send you an email heads-up.
- When we receive the case, we will auto-charge and ship your case(s). You just need to make sure your payment method can be charged.
- Please don’t use cards that must be manually pre-loaded, or be sure to pre-load the card when the warning email is sent.
- Your subscription ships when the next case is released. It is possible that we may have a newer case available when you subscribe, so shoot us an email if you are looking for something recent.
- Subscription shipments are sent using the shipping address on your account. If the shipping address is missing or incorrect, your order may be delayed. Please check your Account Settings. If this is not set, by default, it will ship to your billing address.
- If your payment fails, you will receive an email. To complete the order you will need to:
- Log in to My Account
- Open your Subscriptions
- Update your payment method if needed
- Pay the renewal from your account page
- If not paid within a ferw days, the sub will be cancelled and the product will be sold.
- Each year, a renewal charge will be made to your card to keep the subscription active.
- Cases cannot be skipped.
- You can manage your subscriptions and payment methods from the My Account area after logging in.

Hot Wheels Basic Cases
Grab a factory-sealed case of US, International, or Short Card Basic Hot Wheels. Case price is $92.50.
Shipping is generally between $15.00 and $25.00, depending on your location.
We use USPS and FedEx for both domestic and international shipping.
Hot Wheels Premium Cases
Premium cases generally ship at 15.00 to 20.00 domestically.
We use USPS and FedEx for both domestic and international shipping.
Car Culture subscriptions are paused for new buyers. When we can secure more Car Culture per mix, it will open back up, or if other subbers cancel.

Grab a factory-sealed case of Basic Matchbox cars and trucks. Case price is $35.00.
Shipping is generally between $10.00 and $20.00, depending on your location.
