Below you’ll find details on item conditions, returns, and sales tax.
Please review before placing your order. Policies apply to all Hot Wheels,
Matchbox, and other die-cast products sold on GranaToys.com.

Item Specifics

• All items are brand new in factory-sealed packaging unless otherwise noted in the title or description.
• You will receive the exact car pictured, but the card art may differ slightly. We normally sell International cards, but US cards appear occasionally.
• We do not inspect every car for tampo alignment, wheel variation, or other minor factory inconsistencies. Returns will not be accepted for these issues.
• Packaging may show light shelf wear, such as soft corners, small creases, or minor bubble dents.
• Items leave our facility in excellent condition, but packaging can shift during transit and may develop imperfections.

Return Policy

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for defective, incorrect, or damaged merchandise.
• For all other return reasons, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee will apply. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Contact us to receive an RMA number before sending anything back.
• Items must remain sealed and unopened. Opened or tampered products cannot be returned.
• If a replacement item is in stock, we will exchange it. Otherwise, a refund will be issued.
• Keep all packaging and be prepared to submit photos if requested.

Sales Tax

• Orders shipped to an Oklahoma address will be charged 8.5% sales tax.
